Q1. What Made You Decide To Establish Your Own Brand? What Is Meaning Of Brand Name?
ブランド設立のきっかけは何ですか？また、ブランド名の意味を教えてください。
When it was discovered that I myself had a relatively rare gynecological disease, I started this brand thinking that women who are also going to the hospital and tend to be troubled by disease would be able to be more positive by wearing new jewelry. I started to put my heart and soul into jewelry that i used to make as a hobby. I make products while making use of my experience and knowledge in the apparel and interior industry.
比較的珍しい婦人科系の病気である事が発覚し、同ように病院通いをし病気で悩み俯きがちな女性が新しいものを身に付ける事により少しでも前向きになれたら…。それまで趣味で制作していたジュエリーに本腰を入れるようになりました。アパレル・インテリア業界で携わった経験を生かしながら制作しています。
Q2. Please Describe Your Production Process.
商品はどのような工程を経て出来上がるのでしょうか？
The theme of washi jewelry is decided every time, and it is all made in japan with foil stamping by a local washi processing company (harima kamiko co., ltd.) in hyogo prefecture, and graphic design on washi, with the help of craftsmen from kofu, yamanashi prefecture. The quilt pattern series was created in collaboration with a young designer who graduated from the department of clothing. The design of her grandmother, who was a teacher of paliwork and grew up surrounded by quilted fabric, has been shaped.
和紙ジュエリーに関しては毎回テーマを決め、地元兵庫県の和紙加工会社（株式会社播磨紙粧）が自社で箔押しをし、和紙にグラフィックデザインを施し全て山梨県甲府の職人さんの力も加わり全て日本で制作しています。キルト柄シリーズは服飾学科卒業の若手デザイナーとコラボで制作しました。お祖母様がパッリワークの先生で幼い頃からキルト生地に囲まれて育った彼女のデザインをカタチにしています。
Q3. What Made You Interested In NY Market?
ニューヨーク市場に興味を持った理由は何ですか？
Including the designers and craftsmen, I became interested in letting people in New York know about washi, a unique japanese product, and letting them know about the uniqueness of japan.
携わってくれているデザイナーさんや職人さんはじめ和紙という日本ならではのモノを広く知って頂き日本らしさを伝えたく興味を持ちました。

I recommend the silver 925 round ring.
This is a ring I like and wear every day. It has a unique design with japanese paper WASHI inside.
